Their initiative, Gen Profession, focuses on fostering collaborations between industry, schools, and young people, particularly in fields like Early Childhood Education. This program will create connections that enhance employment outcomes for local youth. BGKLLEN will develop and provide resources and events to schools, parents, and young people to educate them about various industries, spark their interest in potential careers, and connect them with proactive employers.
Gen Profession Early Childhood Education is a partnership between BGKLLEN and local Early Childhood Education providers and specialists. A steering committee formed by these stakeholders will offer schools and students with the latest content and firsthand industry experiences. The initiative aims to raise awareness of career pathways, enhance the industry’s profile, and attract young people to pursue careers in Early Childhood Education.
