Inspiring tomorrow’s engineers, today.
Robogals is a student-run global organisation whose aim is to spark an interest in STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Maths) in the minds of the younger generation (primary/secondary school children), particularly female students.
However, our workshops are open to all students (girls and boys). We hope to inspire more females to pursue a path in STEM. We are a Robogals chapter located at Monash University so we’re Robogals Monash!
The workshops involve an introduction to engineering and its applications in our everyday lives. This is followed by a case study where students propose a solution toa real-world problem such as designing a stable, safe and liveable house on extreme environments, with the guidance of our volunteers.
